This could be Category: and Template: ized very easily (I just killed English, it's laying on the ground dead from that) which would make it 100 times simpler to find proposals and make requests.

Release Note

I need to apologize to all applicable parties for not getting an endorsement from anyone before all the work I did. If I have caused any problems, I apologize and will remedy them. Anyways, these systems are complete and ready to be used. The plan is to divide up the wiki into 2 (maybe more) main categories:

1. reference
2. planning (including proposals and requests)

Then we would want to organize all proposals and open parts of TMW using this template system. That would take the haziness out of everything. Well, That's it.
