To get the Cashiers' Shade, you will need to complete a short quest.
Travel to Tulimshar. From the ferry, head South to the first building you come to, with the Guard out the front.
Enter the bank and speak to Hydusun. If you have 10 000 000gp in your account, you will be given the item for free.
