my own little ToDo-List for TMW:

  • Particle Editor (a C# spare time project just for fun. Basically I want to create a GUI for particle creation)
    • 2007-06-??: converted the object model to C#
    • 2008-01-??: started again... The object model is fully compatible to TMW (every particle from tmw is read and writeable without losing information). BTW: the object model can now be viewed in a TreeView and depending on the selection the Settings-Panel changes.
    • 2008-02-??: It's now possible to create a fully working complex particle, but without values (because the GUI is missing).
    • 2008-02-??: particle settings are now possible including attributes, an image and an animation (the animation it self is still empty). The GUI for emitter editing exists but lacks of function yet ;)
    • 2008-02-??: currently I stopped again (no spare time any more)...
    • ToDo: create the GUI including all the logic for emitters, emitter properties, animations and animation frames.
    • ToDo: <include something here>
    • ToDo: Release under GPL2. Before that, I must ask someone about possible? licensing issues between GPL (my code) and CCPL (foreign icon graphics)?
    • ToDo: remove or override all function which are not yet supported by Mono (eg. the find function of TreeNode).
    • ToDo: closer look at GTK#... unfortunately I have only small experience using GTK#, so this is a low priority goal.
    • ToDo: realtime preview of the particle...
  • nothing else to to yet...
