I think this could be kinda outdated, but i don't know ( I don't even know imorgado ;) Would be good if someone could go over it...

This is thinking ahead to the way skills are progressing in our new server. Still we haven't really come to that stage yet and so I've also not checked whether it's ok like this. Of course before we start to use our new system it should be evaluated.
