How to get there
Take the Ferry to the Tulimshar dock, head south, then east at the first intersection. At the end of the path is the Tulimshar Forge.

Tip: Buying arrows
If you're an archer, there are three places where you can buy Arrows at the lowest price of 1 GP each: Blacksmith at Dimond's Cove; Bracco at the Armory in Nivalis; and Gungnir at the Tulimshar Forge.
