How to get there
- Head North up the cobblestone path when you get off the Ferry, and continue until you reach the Tulimshar Castle. Enter the main gates.
- Once inside, follow the purple carpet Northwards, and go up the stairs.
- Continue heading North, and you will see the Arch Wizard.
