Omar lives in Tulimshar with his daughter, Kadiya. He is a trader of oil and spices, but he hasn't been able to work because his daughter is ill, and he doesn't know what to do about it.

How to get there
- Head South from the Tulimshar Ferry, until you have gone through the first portcullis.
