What To Do
1. Magic Arpan is waiting for you. Go speak to him.
2. You need to open the Chest. Take the clothes from it and equip it.
3. Ask him about where your old clothes are and you will get 10 Esperin.
4. You have completed the Warm Smelly Clothes Quest.
