Cotton Shirts are often used by new players and/or as outfit. They boost defense by 2 but decrease Magic Attack by 2.
Cotton Shirts are dyeable by Selim the Dyer, meaning you can dye them into 10 other different colors than the standard white.
* Stats-wise there are no differences between them. The only difference between a colored Cotton Shirt and a non-colored one is that dyed versions weigh 20g while the undyed one weighs 13g.
