Well, they're definitely ladies...they don't swear, they don't dr....er, well maybe they drink a little too much. Regardless, these Drunken Lady Skeletons like to stick together, and they will defend each other very well. These ladies have been at the Graveyard Inn for a long enough time to make this bar their home, so if you think you can rest your hat on the bar, think again. Although they are not aggressive, as the bar maintains good order, they will defend each other, and have about twice as much life as the more common Lady Skeletons that you'll see outside the Inn.
Location
To find the Drunken Lady Skeletons, you need to enter through the graveyard gates, and then see the sprite that offers to take you through the portal for only 666gp (not a bad price really).
Note: On a mac computer, some of the versions don't show this entry sprite to the Graveyard Inn, so it is really difficult to find unless someone shows you. If this is the case, ask a fellow player, and they will be able to guide you to the entry to the Graveyard Inn.
