Ozthokk
Ozthokk is not my name given to me at birth, but its the name given to me by a curse. although human in appearance, my soul is as cold as the distant north. I take only this shape to try and fit in with those whom dwell this world, but often find i am still an outsider. My past is but a distant thought, as my memory of it is very vague. the things i do remember, is that of a lovely young women. sitting at my bed side, she seems to be crying as she sings me a song of a beautiful summers day. I do not know if this women is my wife, sister or mother, all i know is that i felt safe, but soon that safety turned to ice and i found myself as an adult in the distant north, by myself and lost in mind not knowing who i was and where i came from, but soon i saw a figure, my vision was blurred, so i was and still am unsure what i saw, but i heard a females voice say the name Ozthokk. soon my vision became clear and i came to find that my flesh was as blue as the ice that surrounded me and i was not cold. for long after that day, i wondered this world trying to find who i once was. I may never know. written by Ozthokk
Frubillie
I, Frubillie am the second generation of miners. When I was young I would watch my father work the mines. He loved the mines. All the miners seemed to love their job. You could see it in their faces. It was a great life for me and them. As I got older my father and some of the other miners would teach me how to mine. I only visited the city a few times as a child. It was a very rare occassion for me to visit the city. When I was about 5 or 6 years old I decided that I would never live in such a place. Don't get me wrong it was a nice place just not a place for me. I learned many skills from the miners yet I yearned to learn as many skills as I could from all over the world. I dreamed of traveling. I knew one day I would settle in just like my parents had but till then I needed to spread my wings. One of the times we did visit the city my father had bought me some nice fine armor and a great sword. These where not of course the best there was but it was the best for me at the time. While in the city buying these things we also met a man named Luka who taught me the skill of Brawling. As it seems that you may not always have a sword or bow you will always have a fist. Closed to my home town was this lady ( miriam) Who I had heard was a great teacher of speed. This was to be my first stop on my exploration. I found (Miriam) deep in the snake caves. It seems if you don't know these caves well you will never make it out alive. Lucky for me I managed to find my way. It was slow moveing with all these mountain snakes all around. I did finally meet this (Miriam) and after doing a few things, like running to find the indian man on the otherside of the mountain, I was taught the skill of speed. written by Frubillie.
Straelyn
My name is Straelyn, and I was raised in a tribe of nomads in the snake desert. I remember my mother's Snake Tongue stew. She had a knack for taking the worst of things and somehow make them great. My father always said, that the only honor left was to be found in the deserts and far off hills. He felt that the city was full of deceivers who had lost their ways. I used to sneak off sometimes on my own, out of curiosity. I would explore, and watch people. I remember one time seeing a green slime devour some poor soul, lost and tired, who had strayed too far from town. I watched in horror, but wasn't strong enough yet to be of any help. I knew there was nothing I could do, but I think a part of me died with him. I felt shamed. With the great quake, my family and I became separated. I trained on my own as best I could. I remembered what my father said about city people, but if it weren't for them, I would've perished. For that, the people of Tulimshar will always hold a place in my heart. The green slimes and snakes seemed so much worst after the quake, though.. Some while later, I came across a tribe of warriors around Nivalis, not unlike my own. They initiated me as a member of their tribe and taught me how to be a Rager. My father used to always tell me, "head of the dragon, son, remember", when we were out hunting snakes. As I learned to focus my rage, I began to understand what he meant. How does one fight dragons?
Axzell Bettlehorn
My name Axzell, you may know, but my past and who i once was, you don't, until now. I held this sad tale locked deep with in my thoughts for many years, but now the time has come for me to tell you. i was born 128 years ago, that is human years by the way. Dwarven years, i am in my 30's. Anyways, I wasn't born to a wealthy family, but a family of skilled Miners and Smithies, who lived in a distant land, that is now lost in time, do to wars and natural disasters. Now one of these, so called natural disasters, that my people knew was caused by that of a vengeful god angered by our kings greed, destroyed our lands greatly and forced all who survived, to leave the homelands and spread out across the world. Eventually, my family was able to settle down and became humble farmers, raising live stock and growing crops. We were very successful at it and were able to recapture the lives we once had, until, my mother died.............Now, this is the darkest part of my life, a part that i am sorry to say, i can not tell. The memories of it are too painful and it brings out the darkness of my heart........................anyways, i was able to move past those terrible events of my mothers death by leaving home and traveling the world. Eventually i was able to find a place to call home and find a peaceful life. Now, you may be curious, as to where the other Dwarves have gone to and why i in no way look like one my self. Well my friends, that is just a non Dwarven perspective. my people have adapted to fit in very well to the surrounding world. That we now seem as just shorter stocky humans and although there are few of us, we are still here. Well, that's my past in a nut shell for ya. As for my future, who knows, I'm still young, anything cam happen.
Avenn
My name is Avenn, when i was 10 years old my village was attacked by bandits, slavers or whatever they was. My familly was killed, villagers slaughtered, noone left besides me and my friend Bob. We left all behind wearing scars in soul and we set out into the world. Life wasnt nice and easy as we thought, we need clothes , food, place to sleep, so we started work in every village we visit. Bob tryed once settle in one of them, but without luck. When i almost lost hope for better life, we met squad of mercenaries (i was 12 years old), i remember that day very well, that day changed everything. We joined them, we start learning, we start fighting , we start become predators... our character changed too, our jobs as mercenaries is a story for another day ,but thruth i dont remember my age Bob is dead , mercenaries are slaughtered, and i am mage... circle of fate ? no... way to become powerful. Someday i tell the rest.
Lord Vlad
My nobility title is of course legitimate, I will slay anyone that dares doubt about it, I'm the son of an old crazy man, claiming he is the king of a little-no-man land of Kaisei, living alone in an empty manor. Maybe it's past now, I haven't seen him for years, he is probably dead. But as I said, this title seems legitimate, the old man often said that I was the last of a long dynasty who ever lived there. I'm the lord ruling an unknown land, without proofs and nobody asking for them. I was raised by a women, she was probably my mother, nobody ever told me, and when she died, I just left what I thought was my home. I travelled, I had to fight with my bare hands and I finally reached Nivalis. From there I joined the crew of an East Tempurian Company boat and learned to trade what I had to gain more and more money. I spent years like this. I was too smart, I got too rich maybe, someone in the boat stole everything I had and, as he was trying to kill me, threw me into the sea. Then I woke up with nothing in the Tulimshar surbubs and became an archer, and then I tried to be a mage, to be able to save people form the death I was so close of.
