History

Under the command of Sabborus Keshlam, Tulimshar rose from the ashes of the city of Talpa. Previously of the Debury Kingdom, the newly founded Tulimshar became the first city under Keshlam's rule.

The city has a port off the inlet on the western coast of Tonori, where the major export is crystals found in the Gispaan Mountains. The growing number of snakes and black scorpions in the desert has made the outskirts of the city a very dangerous place for non-natives.
