What To Do:

1. In the north of the bazar of Tulimshar, enter the government building and talk to Tathin.
2. At level 10, you can ask to have the party permit by giving 10 GP to Tathin.
3. At level 15, you can ask to have the party creator permit by giving 50 GP to Tathin.

Hint:

• Parties cannot share experience if any members are more than 10 levels apart.
• You can enable the experience sharing by writing "/exp yes" or "/exp 1" or "/exp true".
• You can enable the items sharing by writing "/item yes" or "/item 1" or "/item true".

Reward:

• Ability to join a party, Party level 1
• Ability to create a party, Party level 2

Total Cost:

• 10 GP for Party level 1
• 50 GP for Party level 2
