Autumn 2010 Quests
Description of Project: Bandit Quest, Orum Quest Part 1, Simple repeatable quest NPC (using bitmasking), Black Boots Quest, Desert Bow Quest

Notes: These are quests that are being released in between expansions, some are more done than others.
Christmas 2010
Description of Project: This event will correspond with the re-release of Kaizei.
Project Leads: argul, Wombat
Items and Equipment: Several old event hats are in consideration for use in this event and new item/equipment art may be unnecessary, beyond what is needed for Kaizei's re-release.
Notes: There will be no New Year's event release. People that craft a Christmas or New Year's event independently have a Dec. 15th deadline for final drafts (art + xml done, npc scripting done, everything tested and ready for final testing).
Kaizei
Description of Project: Re-release of snowland area, new maps, new tilesets and new feel to move it away from the "Christmas Land" and towards having a unique feel. Introduction of several backstory forces which may open a stronger plot development.

Barbarians of the Ancean Isles
Description of Project: Simple game to test the expanded player set. Will have its own git repo. New maps, including a town map, will be made to give the game a unique flavor for testing enjoyment. This game may remain a "git only" release, unless a third party server picks up the game and uses it for public play. Game type will focus on solo playing for those interested in testing.

New Monsters (Monster Drops): Because this is a testing game, making monsters dyeable or using dyeable monsters with stats that vary from the mainline is acceptable. No new monsters will be made for this game.
Quests and Scheduled Equipment: TMW-eA: BAI Content Targets (draft): 1. Starting level quests, which will lead to approximatively 1/2 hour of enjoyable game play. 2. One weapon per new attack type, one or two draft shield types. 3. Begin equipment fixing for this game. Once equipment is at a minimum of approx. 80% equipment fixed, we will discuss releasing the expanded player set into the mainline.
Notes: This will be released on git shortly after Kaizei is released.
Western Argaes
Description of Project: Graveyard Inn and Crypt maps. Higher level equipment, Reaper boss quest, introduction of "undead" NPCs, high level gambling

Notes: Player-set 1.5 is complete and ready for testing. "Barbarians of the Ancean Isles" is a testing ground for the expanded player set. Quests and other releases for BAI will be based on equipment fixed for the expanded player set, as well as experimental methods for quests, focusing on easy mainstays that can act as a tutorial for people new to scripting.
Art
Art Leadership Team: Arikel, Lien, Meway, Skipy
Role: Determines if art on the forums is ready for the game. Requests tags [WIP] [FND] be put on art topics. Encourage artists contribute to the game and encourage players to try their hand at art. All art must have everything ready to be marked [FND], which includes adding the animation xml. Understand content priorities and attempt to steer art to meeting content [REQ]s when an artist is open to suggestion.
