What To Do:

1. To get there, head directly north from Hurnscald.
2. Enter the mine and continue North where there are two skulls guarding two entrances.
3. Get inside the left one (carefully is full of mobs) and just go up to the chest.
4. Talk to the Treasure Chest, and open it with the 10 Treasure Keys.

Hint:

• Go with a group to increase your chance of surviving the monsters who guard the chest.
