Suggested TMW Wiki Changes

Training Locations

The best places to train are east of Tulimshar. If a player has properly raised their stats and are a skilled archer or warrior, they should have no problems going solo in the Snake desert (005-1). Lower level players should go in groups.

The Snake pit (005-3) may prove to be more dangerous, especially if the pit has bedded itself in front of the entrance. Players should approach the pit with caution and go in groups when possible. The spawn rate is incredible, and Snakes give 400 EXP a pop.

For archers with a very high dexterity (90+), training might also be beneficial in the Desert Mountains (006-1 & 006-3) southeast of the Snake desert. The Mountain Snakes are more defensive and aggressive, but 500 EXP may climb up those levels fast if the player can score steady hits.

Least Rare Items (dropped by monsters)

Note that drop rates are changing as the game is being rebalanced. Please update them once values have stabilized.

  • Leather Gloves 5-20k, +3 Defense. Dropped by Mountain Snakes.
  • Jeans 30-50k, +4 Defense. Dropped by Cave Snakes.
  • Snakeskin Chaps 80-100k, +6 Defense. Made by Pachua, the Native NPC from Jeans, 10 Snake Skins, and 10k GP.
  • Infantry Helmet 10-30k, +20 Defense. Dropped by Snakes.

How to Report

Groups

Groups are looser associations than guilds. Groups differ from guilds in that they don't offer mutual protection, shared resources or perks. Instead, groups are a way of comparing players between players using tmw statistics and other criteria to understand player standings within the group. Both individuals and individual guild members may participate in groups.

Los Viscerales

Los Viscerales are warriors and archers that seek to build a community that enjoys player organized activities and events. We seek to make interesting activities and events. We support the player driven market as well as build alliances with others so that our small gaming community can thrive and continue to grow. If you would like to be listed as a member please email hpwombat (at) yahoo.com or contact "Wombat" to be added to our membership roster.

Membership

Membership in Los Viscerales means you are interested in participating in Los Viscerales organized events and having your activity and event rankings published on our webpage. We are not a clan, however members may create or join clans, should they desire. We would like to avoid problems that may mistakenly believe membership in Los Viscerales would come into conflict with clan status. Members that desire "full membership" in Los Viscerales are prepared for raiding difficult areas or competitive pvp tournaments where lower level participants may not have the ability to actually survive or compete. So in this way, membership is a very loose concept meant to give an idea of the type of activities and events Los Viscerales can organize at a given moment. We only hope to make it easier for players to connect with each other for scheduled events as well as spontaneous activities and make it simpler to create raids and other group activities that may otherwise seem difficult to get the numbers together for.

Organizers

In addition to members, Los Viscerales has event organizers. These people are in high demand, not just because they are the ones that can bottomline a scheduled activity or event, but because they help bring players together and make our MMORPG community that much more rich. Los Viscerales organizers have more responsibilities than the regular membership and are expected to attend the event they agreed to bottomline. They are also expected to roam the game world, approach players and inform them of events and going ons throughout the community. By letting people know of our existence and the existence of other events, groups and alliances players are more likely to participate socially even if they don't attend our particular event. This should be a casual experience and even if it is among friends already established, it will bring them more into the game as well and thus build both numbers and quality of experience we can create. Organizers are also expected to become familiar with the forums and chat features to both games Los Viscerales participates in and encourage other players to check them out so that word of events can spread faster. Please contact Los Viscerales via hpwombat (at) yahoo.com or speak with "Wombat" in either game if you would like to be an event organizer.

Leadership

Leaders of Los Viscerales are expected to be informed of game regulars, game masters and developers as well as be able to engage other groups diplomatically in the interests of Los Viscerales as well perform all the duties of an organizer. Leaders are required to organize and attend all scheduled group meetings or must give an excuse, if possible, should they not be able to attend.

Meetings

Leaders call organizing and community meetings open to all. Members are not required to attend meetings. Organizers are required to attend meetings they were requested to attend and agreed. Leaders are required to attend the meetings they organized. At meetings, we discuss ideas for future activities and events and attempt to get the game community involved in the discussion. We also announce future meetings and events we are holding as well as other events that may occur in our game community.

Webpage

Los Viscerales provides information on tactics, strategies, events and activities on our webpage. To keep our group connected, we also provide a forum and a community portal to The Mana World and other MMORPGs of interest. You can reach the webpage by going here or to tinyurl.com/streetgang
