Using discussion pages

Let's use the discussion pages also, for comments on something you know. It really doesn't hurt. I'm going through right now helping make artificial changes to pages. If this is approved it'll help users like me. Also I can't really do much work right now due to the fact that 90% of things are proposed and I don't know enough about the proposals, I could make snips of some things though such as capitals of places and that they are used in a certain proposal.
