First steps

Your first character

So you finally have your first character, and are logged in. You've spawned in Tulimshar Suburbs, north from the big Tulimshar town for the first time! Congratulations and welcome to the Mana World.

Before we actually start, there are important things you need to know first. Boring but important things like the default controls, rules, etc. Don't worry we will start fighting mobs soon.

Default controls

Tips:

• The keys listed here are the default keys. To change the keys go to setup -> input.
• There are many more keys. To see them all go to setup -> input.

Mouse

Key	Action
Left-click (on character)	Attack
Left-click (on item)	walk to and pick up
Left-click (on ground)	toggle walking in the direction of the cursor
Right-click (on character)	context sensitive menu

Tips:

• When using the mouse to walk, your character will automatically use a pathfinding algorithm to take the nearest route to the mouse pointer's location.
• Left click to execute default action: walk, pick up an item, attack a monster and talk to NPCs (be sure to click on their feet).
• Right click to show up a context menu (trade, attack, befriend, ...). Holding [Left Shift] prevents from walking when attacking.

Game Rules

Since the game is played together by every age, gender, and nationality there are some rules. The rules listed here are a copy of the real rules, and might therefore be different than the actual rules. The actual rules can be found ingame. We will show you where you can find these later.

Players breaking the following rules may be banned (up to and including a permanent ban) or have their characters reset at the GM's discretion:

1. Do not abuse other players (insults, swearing, and the like directed to a particular person or persons
2. No bots (including ANY AFK activity or automated following)
3. No spamming / flooding (including trade spam)
4. No begging
5. Speak English on public chat
6. Treat others the same way you would like to be treated

AFK botting will be determined by talking to players who are moving and/or attacking Automated following will be determined by observation
