This Quest starts at Kylian. Who is located in the second floor of the Tulimshar Forge. He will ask you to get his luggage from the Port. Just walk back north to the Port and talk to Adrian. He will give you Kylian's luggage. Bring the luggage back to Kylian and recieve a reward.
