History

During the oppressive reign of the Keshlam dynasty, a defensive initiative was formed by the merging forces of the Tritan empire and the existing sum of trade organizations, who were all threatened in some fashion. A mock fleet of merchants, ferry-captains & pirates became the inception of the now mighty Ancean navy. Following to a sudden victory over Keshlam's invading forces, Ancea was formally founded, subsequently claiming the right to absolute administration over the entire ocean.

• to its citizens, the term Ancea generally refers to the ocean as a whole. The rest of the world however, might not agree with that notion, instead considering Ancea to be a large group of islands which stretches from Kaizei's southern basin, all the way down to the northern coast of Gasaro.
