The Mallard's Eye skill increases the accuracy and range of archery.
With 100 dexterity, you get +1 range per 3 points in the skill, and accuracy remains about the same at max range (so you're much more accuracy at closer range).
This skill is referred to as "Hawk's Eye" in the source.
This skill is misspelled in the game omitting the apostrophe.
Doing the quest is said to require a moderately high dexterity and agility, but that statement has not been justified.
You must have the Forest Bow and regular arrows to do this quest.
What To Do:
- Bring 10 of each snake egg, 25k GP, your Forest Bow, and some arrows to Gwendolyn.
- Complete the minigame.
The minigame: If the wind comes from the side (including diagonals), you must take steps in that direction
