Indoor maps should start with the name of the continent (when appropriate) followed by a dash followed by the name of the location. When the location consists of multiple maps it should be followed by a dash followed by a closer descriptor. The naming scheme for the closer descriptor should be chosen separately for each location. When it is not clear in which continent the location is located (like locations that are a connection between continents or "virtual" locations like the afterlife) the continent can be omitted.
