Thankfully, in the Desert areas, as well as other places, there is a refreshing drink available that is dropped by some monsters.

The Cactus Drink is refreshing, giving 15 HP, and is light enough to carry around.

Apart from being a refreshing drink the Cactus Drink is also used in some Quests like the Tulimshar Quests and the Rossy Quest.
