Tulimshar quests should also include an NPC named Banu [021-1 102,54], 1 block north from bakery, and/or west from Tic-Tac-Toe courtyard, at south-east corner of lake.
She asks you to refill her water bottle at nearby (north-east) well. Bottle costs 150gp to fill. She pays 200gp and awards 30xp.
Then she asks you to buy a knife from Neko, and bring it to her. Knife costs 50gp. She pays 60gp and awards 30xp.

Re-doable - No, only once
Total Rewards - 60gp and 60xp
I don't know how, or if, this quest fits in with old short sword quest, but it doesn't appear to matter (now) when it gets done.
