You will need several Iron Ingots if you want to deal with Nicholas the Blacksmith in order to obtain decent armors and shields and also to enhance your Short Sword in a Setzer.
What To Do:
- Head to central Tulimshar, inside of the building north of the government building, right next to where Inac stands.
- Once inside, talk to Jhedia. Jhedia converts Iron Ore into Iron Ingots, but with a cost.
- Currently, the cost to convert 5 Iron Ore to 1 Iron Ingot is with 10 Coals and 1000 GP.
Hint:
- Because of this system, the good armors are now really hard to create but don't worry, you will get one.
Iron Ores are dropped by:
- Yellow Slimes (4.5%)
- Archant (0,4%)
- Terranite (5%)
Coals are dropped by:
- Mogguns (5%)
- Terranite (6%)
Reward:
- 1 Iron Ingot
Total Cost:
- 5 Iron Ore
- 10 Coal
- 1,000 GP
