Rarity is determined as follows, and has to be added manually:
- Very common items can be found on monster drops greater than 1% or can be bought from merchants.
- Common items can be found as rare monster drops (less than 1%) and not at a merchant.
- Average items can only be obtained once per player, as a quest item.
- Rare items can't be found in game anymore, but are fairly common.
- Very Rare items can't be found in game anymore and aren't common.
- Not in game means just that. These items can't be obtained yet, but might be available later.
