Hetchel is an experienced weaver, and she has a store in Tulimshar, just South of the Bazaar. For her to craft your items other than Silk Sheets, you may need to complete a few quests.

How to get there
- Head South from the Tulimshar Ferry, and go East at the second path.
- Continue East all the way, and you will see Silvia standing out the front of a building there. Enter the first door.
- After the first door, enter the room on the left, and you will see Hetchel, with her friend Candide beside her.
