Akseli is found in Nivalis, in the Christmas Inn.

How to get there

1. From the Nivalis port, head North, until you see Angela standing out the front of a cave.
2. Head West, and follow the path around until you come to a gate.
3. To the West, you will see an ice-skating rink. Head South at the ice-skating rink, and turn West at the bottom of it.
4. You will see a house directly in front of you, past the cobblestone paving. Head South when you hit it, and head West along the path.
5. Continue on Westward past the path, and you will see a house slightly to the South. Enter this house.
6. Walk in, and walk to the right, heading off Northward behind the counter.
7. Walk all the way to the stairs in the top right corner, and go up.
8. At the top of the stairs, keep on walking Northward to the stairs to the next level. Go up them.
9. When you enter the next room, head South, and Akseli is behind the third bench down.
