Diryn the Traveler is the Assistant Councilor of Tulimshar and teleporter extraordinaire! For a price, Diryn can teleport you to a number of locations:

* You can also take the Ferry from Hurnscald to Tulimshar. The Ferry is much cheaper, but the dock is farther from the center of Tulimshar.

You can find Diryn the Traveler standing just outside the south gate of Hurnscald.
