I can propose a version more sticky to my view of the goals of the server. The modifications I would do are too much important; that I can make them without an agreement.

I totally disagree with this way of describing testing and testing server.

It should highlight the goals of the testing server instead of the best way to play with GM commands.

It should insist on the best ways to be a good tester. Following IRC-dev channel and testing forums is good if you want to become a developer; It is not in my opinion, if you want to be a tester and good bug reporter.
