Hyverns are in the caves to the South-West of Hurnscald, and only appear when you are clearing out the caves for the Rossy Quest. They are a fast flying monster, and have a deadly sting. It is a good choice to remove these from your danger zone as quick as possible, for they are both fast and aggressive.
