How to get there
- Head South after leaving the ferry at Tulimshar
- Continue down the cobblestone path through the first portcullis.
- Enter the building on the East side of the road, where Itka is standing out the front.
- Head toward the back of the room, and enter the second door. You will see the Bartender there on the left, ready to take your order.
